Q. I signed up for a Judy’s Book account but never received my account activation email. Why not, and how can I get it?

A. We’re sorry you haven’t received your account activation email yet. Often the account activation emails from Judy’s Book get filtered to email Junk/spam folders. Please double-check your Junk/spam folder settings to ensure that emails from Judy’s Book (anything ending in @judysbook.com or @judysbookteam.com) aren’t being filtered to your Junk folder.

If you still don’t see an email from us, just send us an activation request at info@judysbookteam.com and we’ll get on it right away.

Q. One of the businesses on your site has outdated information. How do I request an update?

A. To request an update, send the following to info@judysbook.com:

  • A link to the business listing page on Judy’s Book
  • The name of the business
  • Details about which portions of the business listing are outdated such as the following:
    • Business Name
    • Address
    • Telephone
    • Web site
    • Categories

Once we have this information, we can accurately locate the listing and update the information. Thanks so much for helping us keep the business listings up to date!

Q. How do I request the addition of a business to your site?

A. We’d be happy to add the business profile. Just send an email to info@judysbookteam.com with the following information:

  • Business name
  • Address
  • City, State, and Zipcode
  • Telephone number (that customers can call)
  • Categories that best describe the business (examples: Construction & Repair, Restaurants, Gift Shops, etc.)

Q. There’s more than one Judy’s Book profile for the business I want to review. Which one should I choose?

A. If you see multiple profiles on Judy’s Book for the same exact business, we want to remove the duplicates. Just send us an email at info@judysbookteam.com and we’ll merge the extra profiles and let you know when we’re done. Thanks for helping us keep Judy’s Book up-to-date!

Q. A business has changed owners.  Can this be reflected on the Judy’s Book profile?

A. Yes, and we’d love to hear about it.  Please send us an email at info@judysbookteam.com and we’ll get the profile changed.  Note: We cannot remove reviews even when a business is under new ownership.

Q. A business has closed.  Can it be removed from Judy’s Book?

A. Yes, and we’d love to hear about it.  Please send us an email at info@judysbookteam.com and we’ll get the profile removed as soon as possible.  Thanks for helping us keep Judy’s Book up-to-date!

Q. The email address associated with my Judy’s Book account is outdated. How can I add the updated email address?

A. Just send us your account info to info@judysbookteam.com we’ll update your account with the new email address.

Q. I want to close my Judy’s Book account.  How do I go about doing that?

A. Well, we don’t want to lose you, so please let us know how we can improve your Judy’s Book experience, and why you want to close your account.  Just send us an email to info@judysbookteam.com.
